Does Promomash offer software-only subscriptions?
The CPG programs our platform handles are quite complex, and the typical CPG brand teams responsible for those programs often run very lean. Over time, we have found that the basic SaaS support model is not one that promotes high adoption and success for our clients. Our clients typically do not have the time, resources or skill set needed to set up and maintain these programs properly on our platform. For this reason, we include a range of specialized, ongoing managed services to bridge this gap and provide maximum value for the investment. Read more about our philosophy and services.
What types of CPG brands work best with Promomash?

For trade and deduction management, Promomash works best with brands that fit the following criteria:

- Expanding rapidly or well-established in retail;
- Handling trade spend management and/or deductions via spreadsheets or disconnected systems;
- Stretched for resources and lack an in-house trade and/or deductions team;
- Do not have the team bandwidth needed to handle the initial and ongoing work required to maintain a trade management, TPM or deduction management system/process.

For field marketing management and in-store demos and events, Promomash works with brands of all sizes looking to grow and scale their brands through in-store and field marketing. We also work well with agencies that manage a portfolio of brands on our platform.

How long does onboarding take?

For trade and deduction management, onboarding can typically take a minimum of two to four months due to the amount of information required from the client to properly set up their system/process. It can take less or more time depending on the client's ability to timely complete onboarding tasks.

How does the Crisp data connection work?
Promomash has an exclusive partnership with Crisp that allows us to extend to our clients a discounted subscription they would not otherwise be able to secure directly. This subscription provides direct access to the Crisp platform plus up to 3 data connectors that allow clients to bring sales data directly into the Promomash platform for enhanced trade promotion analytics. The 3 connectors can be used to bring in sales and/or shipment data from UNFI, KEHE, Target, Whole Foods, Kroger, Walmart, and many more major retailers. Can I connect my retailer and distributor data to Promomash?
POS and shipment data from a wide range of data sources covering most major and natural channel retailers and distributors are supported, including Crisp, KEHE, UNFI, Whole Foods, Walmart, Amazon, Target, CVS, Kroger, and many more.
